Ill take a look around and see whats changed about the place and see if some old friends are still here but until then, a little about the time lost.
With the last activity back in 2006 its clear to me now that 2007 is going to go down a non-year that my mental calendar just skips over. Back in January I started working in an office and while providing some good friends and much needed money, it was kind of a black hole in terms of time. Initially started there just to get by but a month turned into 3 and then quickly into 9 and rounded off by another dull temp job, 2007 was gone!
2008 signalled a new job at a printers along with new creative sparks and an effort to not let this year be like the last!
Nice to be back
Expect some more recent work soon.
Dave

I adore your Rachel Weisz portrait, the attention to detail is fantastic. I didn't read the whole description but I'm assuming it was done on graphics software? Its amazing!
Hope you are doing well in this fine weather? Are you currently back in Sheffield? I'm just on my way down to Cleethorpes to take some Photographs, but I doubt I'll get anything very good, its only occasionally I manage to get a really good Photograph that I'm willing to show off on DA.
I don't know if you've ever seen icewarrior's page: [link] but he's from Cleethorpes and he's taken some incredible Photographs of the beach, which make it look such a wonderful place to be (of course you and I know different, haha).
Anyway, thats enough rambling from me. Take care and I hope we can chat soon!

The Rachel Weisz picture was done in Photoshop. I've also got a graphics tablet, I'm pretty useless with a mouse!
This weather is too hot for me! I'm back in Sheffield and right now I'm in the middle of finishing off my dissertation for uni which means all day (sometimes all night!) at the computer centre as my PC has broken! It kills me that i'm missing out on this fine weather and I have to cart loads of books around too, its definitely not the weather for that!
Thanks for the link to icewarrior's page - I never knew meggies could look so nice!
Well I better get back to all this work I've got to do, good thing is its all done in a few days. Although that does mean the end of uni! Don't know what I'm going to do next!
Later
Dave
